The seminar will deal with the new administrative order on categorical exclusions that repeals the previous order. The scope of application, the restrictions and conditions that apply to the evaluation of a construction and / or operation action regarding the environmental aspect will be presented.
Objectives:
An explanation of the administrative order of categorical exclusions will be provided.The general provisions of the order will be explained. The new list of Actions that can comply with environmental determinations via categorical exclusion will be discussed. Offer some examples relevant to the categorical exclusions and what to do if it does not apply.
